Reseller Program Costs:

Annual Access Fee to be a Reseller: $295.00 per year (non-refundable).

Once you have access to the control panel you will be able to setup your customers on our platform. This will give them their own login info for their customer control panel to manage campaigns. The customer control panel will have your company info/contact info.

Costs to Setup a Customer:

In your reseller control panel you will enter in customer data to create an account. You will also need to select the plan level you are setting them up on. Please see the plans table below. All plans setup are billed to you as the reseller (we do not collect your customer billing information). ALL Plans are Billed to Reseller.

*Messages are counted as 1 text message sent per contact. Sending a message to 500 contacts requires 500 message credits.
**Inbound messages are not deducted from balance - only outbound messages will be deducted. Outbound consists of one-time messages, scheduled messages, auto-responder/default messages, optin confirmation, help & stop responses, and messages forwarded from account inbox to cell phone.
***Message Plan Credits do not rollover from month to month. Message credits are replenished to the plan level on the billing anniversary of the account.

NEW CUSTOMER EXAMPLE: "JohnReseller sells a package of 250 messages a month to his favorite local eatery, Jane’s Burgers. John collects a payment from Jane for his designated price of $25 for 250 messages. John now sets up the account for Jane on his reseller control panel where he is charged the buy rate of $7.50 for the package."

Costs to Upgrade a Customer Account Plan Level:

From your reseller control panel you can upgrade a customer's account. We will charge the reseller credit card on file for the difference in the plan. Upon upgrade the customer will immediately get access to the upgraded message balance.

Costs to Add a Message Bundle to Customer Account:

You may add a message bundle to any customer account. This will be billed to the reseller and you must collect payment for this from your customer. Purchased message bundles will remain in the customer account as long as the customer account is active. These messages don't expire as long as account is active. These bundles start at $0.025 per message and can be purchased by the reseller for as low as $0.02 per message. Message bundles are good for customers who never know when they might see a spike in opt-in traffic and ensuring any scheduled messages don't get interrupted.

Costs to Add a Keyword to Customer Account:

Every account that is setup includes one keyword and additional keywords can be added by the reseller to the customer account for a $5 setup fee due at setup and then $2/month starting on the next billing cycle of the account.

KEYWORD/MESSAGE BUNDLE SALE EXAMPLE: Jane, from Jane’s Burgers, calls up her text message marketing provider, JohnReseller, and needs to add an additional keyword and 1000 message bundle. John collects from Jane the set cost of $25 for the keyword and $50 for the additional messages. Then from his control panel, John adds the keyword and is charged the $5 setup fee and adds the additional message bundle that is charged at $25."

Billing Procedure:

Reseller credit card on file will be charge monthly every 30 days from setup date unless they cancel the account at least 1 day prior to the billing anniversary shown in the control panel. Any additional keywords will be added into the package charge at that time.

There are no refunds on reseller annual fee, customer accounts fees, additional keywords, or message bundle sales.
